Happy anniversary to us. I didn’t even notice what day it was until 5am, when I was reviewing what I had to do for work today, and saw my Thursday meeting with its 4/29 agenda.
What were you doing four years ago?

Whoa. I guess if I’m going to turn this into a photo blog, I’m going to have to post more photos. (I’m not, really, but I have to do something with this space or surrender it to the internet people who say “shut up”.)
Took care of some links on the left over there. Crat, Tony, if you start publishing again, let me know and I’ll add you back in. I didn’t know how to replace those links so I just threw some other blogs on that I check out. (I also scanned my referrers, so thanks for the links, everyone.)
This site also got approved for Google Ads, so I may install that this weekend. People who have been visiting here for a while know that every few months I have the urge to make a nickel off of my unsuspecting audience. You’ve all been surprisingly cool about the Amazon links (well, and you haven’t been clicking them)… so we’ll see how this goes.

By far my favorite cat, all time. She died last week, the last of the old guard of animals that used to bomb around the Coon Rapids house. My mom sent me this photo… if you remember K.C., this is her.

Did you know MTV plays videos? Yeah! Between 5am and 7am. TiVo likes that block for some reason.
So I’ve been watching some videos lately, and
1) an Enya sample on a P. Diddy song is just too funny. But strangely enough it works.
2) I actually like the new Britney Spears song enough to try to find who wrote it. Turns out it’s Cathy Dennis, who has been on quite a tear lately.
3) Maroon 5 isn’t so bad either. Maybe I should just turn in my iPod and listen to KDWB.
4) It is also super weird to see Kevin McDonald, of Kids In The Hall (and most recently in Lilo and Stitch), in the newest Outkast video (for Roses), with a speaking part, and like four lines at that. Funny lines, too.
