We’re at $1745, after the first week in which I lost money. That’s bad. However, we’ll win three bets this week, go over $2000, and only then can I safely retire.
First of all, note that every major betting venue has taken Tennessee/Minnesota off the board, as it appears that Todd Bouman will get the start. I was at a Vikings game three years ago (thanks, Tim!) and similar quarterback craziness was going on. But so I can’t bet against the Vikings.
I don’t care if the Giants are going into Dallas, they’ll still win by more than 3.5 points.

I also don’t have any problem believing that Chicago has a shot against Green Bay. At least they shouldn’t be 5.5 point underdogs.

San Francisco is one of the better teams in the NFL, and I’m not sure they should be 7 point underdogs. They are in Saint Louis.
